Rubinia is an AI Visual Studio combining human creative direction, visual strategy and generative technologies.

Artificial intelligence may be used throughout different stages of our production process, including ideation, image generation, image transformation, video generation, visual development, compositing and post-production.

AI tools operate within a human-directed creative process. Strategy, aesthetic direction, selection, review and final approval remain subject to human oversight.

Visual content published by Rubinia may include material that has been entirely generated, substantially generated, enhanced or manipulated using artificial intelligence.

Where appropriate, Rubinia identifies such content through visual disclosures and/or technical information associated with the digital asset.

AI Generated

Content whose visual output has been substantially generated using artificial intelligence.

AI Manipulated

Existing visual material that has been substantially modified, transformed or reconstructed using artificial intelligence.

AI Assisted

Content created primarily through conventional production methods where artificial intelligence has been used as an auxiliary creative or editing tool without substantially altering the nature of the original content.

Where artificial intelligence is used to generate or substantially manipulate images, audio or video depicting or resembling existing persons, objects, places, entities or events in a manner that could reasonably appear authentic, Rubinia applies specific transparency measures intended to identify the artificial or manipulated nature of the content.

Such disclosures are designed to remain clear and distinguishable while respecting the artistic and creative integrity of the work.

Artificial intelligence does not replace creative responsibility within Rubinia.

Projects are developed through human creative direction and may involve visual strategy, prompt design, reference development, selection, refinement, compositing, post-production, quality control and final editorial review.

Where supported by the technologies and production tools involved, Rubinia seeks to preserve technical provenance information and machine-readable indicators associated with AI-generated or AI-manipulated content.

Availability of such information may depend on the AI systems, production tools, export formats and distribution platforms involved.

Rubinia applies a controlled production workflow designed to assess the intended commercial use of generated content, brand consistency, creative integrity, output quality and relevant rights considerations.

The use of generative artificial intelligence does not remove the need to evaluate intellectual property, personality rights, privacy, contractual restrictions and other rights applicable to each project.

Rubinia operates with regard to the transparency principles established by Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the European Artificial Intelligence Act, including the transparency obligations applicable to certain AI-generated and AI-manipulated content.

Our practices may evolve in response to regulatory guidance, technical standards and developments in generative AI technology.
